Psylocke Blast Watercolor - Benes - Egli by SurfTiki Psylocke Blast Watercolor - Benes - Egli by SurfTiki
Psylocke with finished watercolors. Never thought of a good background so its white for now...
I penciled in the sash, inked it and colored it.

Pencils by Ed Benes :iconedbenes:

Ink and color by Surftiki :iconsurftiki:
Inked version [link]

This is inked on a 11x14" piece of watercolor paper cold press (means it has a rough or toothy surface), Brush inked with a #2 oval wash and Bombay india black ink (tho the clouds have a new thing i learned, thumb ining). Printed lines were made blue lines by 'color varasions' in photoshop.
Watercolored with Holbien, M. Gramham and MaimeriBlue. Usein a Winsor & Newton 3mm/6mm chesel Cirrus series and a #0 One storke by Winsor&Newton.

Psylocke is (C) Marvel.

Thanks, my style of watercolors isnt the usual, i mix english with french styleing Meaning i leave my under drawing in and paint more wet in to dry and build up to a heavy dark or thinnly for a transparent look.
Glad you enjoyed it!

Thanks, lighting is one thing that i seem to go OCD on, makes the piece really make sense.

I feel you. If the lights wrong it throws everything off.
