Description

Cap with some bad guys in the rain. They seem very serious.
From issue #21 page 3 from the Captain America MAX series 2002-2004 Fourth series.

I wanted to ink this without knowing what the issue looked like and no script...boy that was crazy. Really it was handed to me with a little inking done by a fellow inker Joe DeCuir, he wanted to see what i could do with it. So it took almost 3 years to finish it but here it is and i did some internet research to find out the rainy as i thought the globs were ash/snow things....not rain. Side by side just so you can enjoy the process and what i had to work from.
Final update-Sorry for the long wait but this one had me as Bachalo's pencils are.....trippy to me. Top credit to :icontimtownsend: for being a heck of a inker on him.

Pencils by Chris Bachalo

Inks by :iconsurftiki:

11x17"  Canson bristol board (printed and given to me by Joe DeCuir, slick on the blue lines), Ph Martin Black Star matte and Hi-carb mix india ink, #2 Isaby brush and white paint.

dang, Bachalo did a great job on the scene of the first panel.  Love all the debris on the ground.
